Our People
Senior-led: the person you meet does the work — and does the coaching.
Matthew Hackling B.Sc. (Security)
Founder & Principal Consultant
Matthew founded the CyberShield practice to bring more than 25 years of enterprise-grade cyber security experience — banks, government and Big 4 consulting — to organisations doing good. The coaching-first philosophy of this practice began with his pro bono work for World Vision Australia, and he has since consulted to nonprofits in community health, agriculture and community housing. Every engagement is led by him personally.
The Wider Team
Matthew leads every engagement and draws on a trusted bench of specialist practitioners as programs require. In our line of work we keep our people off the public internet — team profiles are shared on engagement.
